1. What the programme is
I'll Drink To That! Ltd ("we", "us") runs a referral programme for licensed taxi and tour drivers in the Cayman Islands. You carry a personal QR code. A passenger who scans it receives a discount coupon for our store, and you earn store credit on what they spend with it.
2. Joining
- You must be 18 or over and a working taxi or tour driver in the Cayman Islands.
- One account per person. Your account is held against your email address, which is where your store credit is kept.
- We may decline or end an account at our discretion, and will tell you if we do.
3. The passenger's coupon
- Each scan gives the passenger a coupon for 5% off wine and spirits, valid for 14 days from the day it is issued, for as many visits as they like in that time, in store or online.
- Coupons apply to qualifying wine and spirits only, cannot be combined with other discounts, and have no cash value.
- Coupons are for passengers of legal drinking age. Alcohol is sold in line with Cayman Islands law, and nothing in this programme may be used to encourage anyone to drink and drive.
4. What you earn
- You earn 5% of the net qualifying amount a passenger spends using your coupon, as store credit with us. "Net" means after the coupon discount, excluding tax, delivery and tips.
- Credit is added when the sale is made and shows on your page. It can be spent in store or online on anything we sell.
- Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred to anyone else, and is not paid out as cash.
- If a sale is refunded, the credit earned on it is reversed.
5. Referral bonus
- When a driver you referred has coupons that reach $100 of net qualifying sales, you receive a one-time bonus of $15 in store credit. One bonus per referred driver.
- A referral counts only when the new driver signs up through your Refer a driver code, and both accounts are active when the bonus falls due.
6. Fair use
- No self-referrals, no fake sign-ups, and no paying or pressuring passengers to use a coupon.
- Your code and your page link are personal. Do not share them publicly. If they are lost or misused, tell us and we will replace them.
- We may pause or end an account that breaks these rules, and credit earned through misuse is forfeited.
7. Your information
We hold your name, mobile number and email address to run the programme, pay you and contact you about it. We do not collect passengers' details through the coupon and we never share passenger information with you. We do not sell your information to anyone.
8. Changes and ending
- We may change the discount, the commission rate, the bonus or these terms. Changes apply from the date they are shown on your page, never to credit you have already earned.
- You can leave at any time by telling us. Credit already earned stays yours to spend.
